While ingredients like Vitamin C are very acidic and, alone, can cause stomach upset, Cheraskin's formulation balances these with the mineral supplements. When you grind up a handful of Earth Touch Essentials and dissolve them in water, the result is pH7 -- the perfect balance between acid and base, the same as drinking water.

Synergistically Balanced Minerals

The bioavailability or absorption of many minerals can be enhanced when taken simultaneously with other minerals or vitamins. This synergistic effect is important in maintaining a perfect balance in the body. Certain minerals are needed in extra quantities allowing for the fact that a portion of these minerals are used up in the process of aiding in the absorption of other minerals.

Examples of Synergistic Minerals are:

IRON - Iron is better absorbed by the body when combined with copper, vitamin C and various B complex members.
